Antioxidant Nutrition - Antioxidants are basically vitamins and minerals that act as antioxidants in our body. Protecting cells from oxidation. Eating foods rich in antioxidants, like fruits and vegetables is very good for all of us. Fruits high in high vitamin C and vitamin E are especially antioxidant rich. Antioxidants (certain vitamins and minerals and phytonutrients too) protect our body against disease. We are very conscious in terms of how we look. We want to be perfect, be fit, have clean skin... But did you know that before we can achieve all this we need to be "cleaned" from the inside. By eating clean, organic, antioxidant rich food, like fruits and vegetables. If we are healthy on the inside, we are also good looking on the outside.
