Benefits Of Apricots

One of the benefits of apricots is that they are low in calories and that they are one of the most nutritious fruits we can find!

They have especially high levels of vitamin A, beta carotene and vitamin C. They also contain good amounts of iron, protein, calcium, zinc, vitamin K, potassium, folic acid (vitamin B9) and fiber!

~Benefits Of Dried Apricots~

Dried apricots can actually be an important non-animal source of iron.

And like fresh apricots, dried apricots are also high in fiber, beta carotene and potassium.

Buy sulfite free dried apricots. They are usually more brownish in color than those containing sulfates, but they taste the same. Sulfates should always be avoided.
