Diet Plan For Weight Loss

A Diet Plan For You - Nutrition expert Kardena Pauza from California has set up a healthy diet meal plan, a vegetable meal plan program, for us who want to lose weight.

She was overweight herself many years ago She ate a high fat Standard American Diet. One day she got fed up of being overweight and decided to do an experiment, where she would eat healthier and leave out all meat in her diet.

She calls this the "Vegetarian Lifestyle Experiment". The results were very positive and she lost the weight she needed to lose.

Kardena also managed to keep her weight down by developing a healthy meal plan she later turned into a vegetable meal plan program called "Easy Veggie Meal Plans". She has used this same meal plan to help her husband lose 37 pounds.
