By the way, raw food diet expert Roger Haeske says it is not only eating too many calories that make you put on weight, it is also the amount of toxins in the food that makes a difference. Roger says a great way to reduce your intake of toxins is to eat more and more raw fruits and vegetables, because they are low in toxins compared to cooked foods.

So to this I will add the conclusion that eating organic, toxin free fruits and veggies will be the best you can do when wanting to slim down!
