Fruit smoothies are so healthy and they taste soooo good too!
They vary a lot in taste and texture depending on how much water you put into the smoothie. Sometimes you might not even put any water at all. In that case it becomes more like a pudding or ice cream, and you can eat it in a bowl with a spoon.
Here is on of my favorite smoothie recipes..
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Half a bag of frozen strawberries (about 250 gram)
1 large banana
1 cup or about 2 dl water
That's it! Now just blend together in a mixer/blender.
If you put more water it will be easier to drink this smoothie. If you put less water, or no water at all, it will be more like strawberry-banana ice cream! I love it both ways!
