Green/Superfood Smoothie

Above are all the ingredients I put in my smoothies. I have also included websites to describe the benefits of each superfood

3 heaping teaspoons hemp seed

4 teaspoons goji berries

**** List of fruits and veggies ****
A few leaves of Dino or purple kale (or any kale you prefer)
A small bunch of dandelion greens
1/2 cucumber
A small bunch of parsley
1 celery stick
A few leaves of spinach
1 green apple
1 small or med. orange
1-2 handfuls of frozen blueberry
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (eg. Vita-mix). Make sure you add plenty of water to thin out the smoothie a little.
