Your Healthy Diet Plan

Here is a super healthy diet plan for you to follow!

This plan is not only a "diet" plan in the sense of losing weight. It is a meal plan and nutrition plan you could even keep long-term, or even forever!

Hey, making this your regular eating habits, would actually be the best gift you could ever give yourself!

Breakfast

Your breakfast should consist of only fruits and berries. Eat as much fruit and berries as you want. No limitations at all.

If you want extra cleansing benefits, you can drink a glass of water mixed with a table spoon of fresh lemon juice 15 minutes before your fruit breakfast.

Breakfast Example:

- Smoothie & Fruit Plate -

You decide what fruits and berries you use,

but here is an example:

- Blueberry And Banana Smoothie -

2 bananas

1 cup or 145 grams of blueberries

A few white grapes for extra sweetnessSome water

Here is a picture of the ingredients:

- Fruit Plate -

1 persimmon

1 banana

Grapes

Another good breakfast would include one or a few mangoes.

Mangoes are very nutritious and they keep you full for a while.

But in this healthy diet plan example we will instead use mangoes as a snack later on in the day.

So, let's continue with this diet meal plan...

Snack

A handful of nuts (any kind you like, but not those that have been salted).

Lunch

A large salad consisting of all kinds of different vegetables like lettuce, fresh spinach leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, bell pepper...

As a dressing you can mix about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and some fresh lemon juice.

Make two salads if you feel you need it. Grated carrots mixed with grated pears is also a very tasty and nutritious addition to a salad.

Snack

1-2 mangoes.

Dinner

A fruit soup, or green smoothie as a starter.

- Fruit Soup -

Fresh orange juice

Cut up pineapple

Red grapes cut in halves

Other cut fruits of your choice

- Green Smoothie -

A handful of fresh spinach leaves

About 10 frozen or fresh strawberries

1 banana

1/2 cup (1 dl) water

After that you can have a vegetable soup. See a recipe here You can have a salad with that or after that if you feel you need it.

Late Evening Snack

A fruit salad or why not just some cut up fruit, for example kiwis, pineapple or watermelon?

If you choose the fruit salad you can for example use Benji's and my favorite, consisting of 1 avocado, 2 pears and an apple cut up into small pieces :)

I have found that the best way to cut fruit into small square pieces, is to use a tool sometimes called an "alligator".

Here I used it to cut onion.

That's it! I hope you like this super healthy diet plan!

But... where is the meat? Where are the eggs and the milk? Relax... those foods are not included in this plan, but you will be amazed at how well you will do without them!

Even if you can only stick to this fruit and vegetable diet plan for a little while, your body will be happy because it will get its well deserved break.

And if you can stick to it a little longer, watch your doctors surprised expression on your next visit!

It is easy to fall back into your old eating habits after a few days on a new nutrition plan. And I am sure that can happen after a while on this healthy diet plan too. But this time, if you could at least stick with the morning routine presented above, of eating only fruits or berries before anything else, it would for sure be a great long-term health benefit for you!

If you have any question about nutrition or this way of eating, you can

go ahead and ask it here.
