When you are trying to lose weight, you are probably doing it because you want to feel healthier and look better.

You might not know how you actually gained all those ponds, all you know is that you want to get rid of them!

Sometimes you want to go on a diet because have some occasion in mind that you would like to look good for. Please keep in mind though, that losing weight too fast can be dangerous. Your ultimate goal should always be to lose weight because you want to be healthy.

Losing weight can be difficult. You are used to the foods you eat, you crave them, they are part of your life. And changing this can be hard and take long. - Choose dark green veggies instead of pale ones, so fresh spinach instead of iceberg lettuce.

- Lettuce is cleansing and because of that it is very good for dieting, and then we have bell peppers that all very high in vitamin C, carrots, cucumber, celery and so many more. Just take a little from everything when you go grocery shopping.
