Most Nutritional Fruits Vegetables for Smoothies

I would like to start to make my own smoothies, and now Im wondering which ones are the most nutritional fruits and vegetables for smoothies?

When I go shopping for ingredients, it would be good to know which fruits and vegetables I should choose over others... :)

Most vegetables and fruits contain good amount of nutrients. Berries, apples, pears, use freshly squeezed orange and lemons, kiwi, tropical fruits are also very good.

Vegetables for smoothies, because of their hardness most of them are difficult to blend, but you can slightly cook carrots, tomatoes or use tomatoe juice with a little bit of tabasco and apples.

With other vegetabls the green ones and the colofurl ones contain most nutrients. Watercress, spinach, squash (cooked), etc....
