Sounds great Jennifer! Lots of healthy ingredients. This smoothie really sounds like a super antioxidant smoothie! It should be highly anti-aging too!

Here is another healthy fruit smoothie recipe for all of you!

Fruit Smoothie - Pear, Kiwi, Apple, Plum...

You need:

2 pears

1 apple (any color and there is no need to peel it if it is an organic apple)

1 kiwi

1 mangosteen fruit - Only use the pulp. Skip this one if it is hard to find in the stores near you!

1 plum

10 blueberries (can be fresh or frozen blueberries)

3 tablespoons of water

Mix in the blender until the texture is smooth :)

For added mineral value you can also add in a few baby spinach leaves. You will not even notice they are there when you drink this smoothie :)

One More Smoothie Recipe For You:

This is for you if you want to try a mix of some tropical fruits and some more common fruits. You need to have a very good blender for this one - like a Vitamix! If you don't, there will be small black seeds in the smoothie, and they are difficult to chew.

1 cactus fruit

1/2 tamarillo

The inside of 1 mangosteen

1 clementine

1/2 banana

The juice of 1 orange

1 pear

Cut up the fruit and place it in your blender. Blend it well. Then add the freshly made orange juice. Hope you like it!
