If you are overweight, you know it is not healthy for you and you probably would like to lose some it - or a big part of it.

It is a step in the right direction to have the willpower for your lifestyle change, and it is very smart of you to start searching for solutions on how to lose that weight.

Did you know your body stores toxins from food, like preservatives and other chemicals, in your fat cells? And when you you lose that fat, you lose the toxins too.

But it is important not to fall back on your old eating habits when you have lost all that weight. Because if you continue eating the way you used to, first of all you will gain all the weight back.. and second of all, what was the point of your body working so hard to get rid of all that bad stuff, just for you to put it right back in?

How to lose weight

Apart from starting to eat more fruits and vegetables, and replacing other foods with fruits and veggies, I have two recommendations for you if you want to lose weight in a healthy and natural way.
