Ok... so now when we know fruits and vegetables and so healthy for us, we want to start eating more of them, right? But how? Don't we need recipes? Sure we do :) It's really good to eat whole fruits and veggies, but if we want to eat entire meals consisting of only fruits or veggies, it's good to have a recipe. When we blend, mix or cut the fruits and vegetables, it is much easier to eat them in bigger quantities. And by mixing some of the tastes and textures together we can achieve really yummy stuff too.
