No vegetable soup diet this time! Healthy Nutrition instead!

Would a Vegetable Soup Diet really be so healthy?

Healthy Nutrition - Why is nutrition important:

Nutrition is important because without healthy nutrition our immune system goes down.

We need our immune system to be strong, so it can easily fight off all the bacterias and viruses that constantly enter our system.

If the immune system is down, we become sick.

Think about it this way: Your body is like a little factory, doing so many things for you each day and night... it's almost beyond understanding.

Your body is fighting for you every day. It is fighting against bacterias, viruses, pollutants and toxins, just to keep YOU healthy.

We need to be thankful and take care of our body for doing all of that for us.

By feeding our body with the right kind of food, we help the body and its immune system. If we eat healthy, we let our body focus on more important tasks than for example cleaning out preservatives and food colorings...

To help your body become strong and get your immune system up,
don't think too much about different types of diets (in terms of weight loss), instead try the following:

Eat lots of fruits on an empty stomach in the morning. It will be the healthiest breakfast you could ever eat!

After a long night your body is ready to suck up all vitamins and minerals from the food you put in your system. Why not make it something that your body will thank you for, something that's clean, natural and healthy?

Make all your snacks fruit based. Your main meals should consist of more vegetables and fruits than any other type of food. This way you will be on your way to a natural weight loss and detoxification. You can sure have vegetable soups too, but just don't make your meal plan a boring vegetable soup diet. Because that is not a healthy meal plan in the long run - to always eat the same thing, and you need the calories fruit contains in order to keep full longer. But be sure you eat enough though! Because if you don't, you will not be able to keep your changed eating habits for long. You will also lose weight too fast and that is not healthy at all. So eat large salads and veggie based meals as well as loads of fruit.
