Why is nutrition important - nutrition is important because without vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients your body gets from healthy foods, your immune system will become weak and you will eventually become sick. There are so many amazing things happening in your body every day, without you even thinking about it. So eating well is a good way of thanking your body and helping it a bit along the way. If you think about it for a second, you already know deep down that nutrition is important, right? But did you know that every single nutrient has got its special role? A perfect ration of them results in the optimum performance of our body and would free us of any health issues. A balanced diet is extremely important, while poor dietary practices are always responsible for all sorts of problems and diseases.
