1. Why is Nutrition Important?

If you think about it for a second, you already know deep down that nutrition is important, right? But did you know that every single nutrient has got its special role? A perfect ration of them results in the optimum performance of our body and would free us of any health issues.

A balanced diet is extremely important, while poor dietary practices are always responsible for all sorts of problems and diseases. 2. What is the best way of eating for those with acne?

Because of the fact that eating breads, cereals and pasta can lead to high insulin levels - since they cause excess sugar production in the body - and high insulin levels can lead to acne - see reason here.

It would be best to avoid all grain sources if you are prone to acne.

Dr Mercola says: "You can keep your insulin levels healthy by reducing or eliminating grains and sugars from your diet."

So the best acne nutrition would be a clean diet. Free from white cane sugar and grains, high in fresh fruits and vegetables with a low amount of healthy fat that can be found in nuts or avocados.
